ZONE Performance Multisport

ZONE Multisport Training offers a comprehensive training approach to multisport athletes of all ages and competitive/recreational levels. Athlete testing can be performed at ZONE Sports Physiotherapy, including cycle specific protocols, as well as run evaluations, including the only state of the art 3D Running Analysis System in Saskatchewan. These programs are developed and led by Brad Spokes, widely recognized as a leader in the multisport and running communities.
